The Box Office is closed to walk-up sales from the end of April to the first week in September as well as during university breaks. More information will be posted during said breaks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
-Tickets are not refundable: all sales are final.
-Tickets may be exchanged for free for another performance of the same event but must be made 48 hours in advance. Exchange restrictions apply based on show availability.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain time. We want to start on time as much as you do!

A $3 processing fee is applied to all subscription package orders by web, mail or drop off.
A $3 processing fee per order is applied to all single ticket web or phone orders.
NEW to 2009! All single tickets will be held and not mailed. At customers request tickets will be mailed with an additional $1 postage fee per order.
No Fee is applied to single ticket window sales.

Exhanges are free of charge but may only be made once per production and are subject to ticket availability. All exchanges must be made 48 hours before performance.
Exchange requests less than 48 hours before the performance cannot be accepted.

ORDERING ON LINE:
Purchasing on line is easy and secure with Virtual Cart and you can order any time you want!
Click on your performance and follow the simple instructions. Please be sure to double check your order before adding payment. Once an order is processed we cannot refund.

Web orders are processed in the order that they are received and seats picked based on best availability unless specified in the "Special Instructions" box.
If your request cannot be honored we will contact with your day time phone number before processing.

If the box office is closed during a university break or non- performance weekends web orders will be processed in a timely manner the following Monday, or you will be notified upon ordering. If a performance is close to sold out we will take it off the website. Refer to our home page for any updates for Box Office hours.

BY PHONE:
Box Office hours are Monday-Friday 12:00pm - 5:00pm for window sales and phone orders, 4:00pm for Saturday evening peformances and 12:00pm for the Saturday and Sunday Matinee.

BY WALK-UP:
We do not charge a processing fee for walk up sales but you will need to find parking.
Drop off subscription orders and renewals are still subject to a $3 processing fee.
